From New Haven/Hamden
91 North to exit 10 (Route 40). Take the expressway to the end. Turn right at traffic light onto Route 10 (Whitney Ave.). Drive approximately 8 miles to Cheshire. Continue through the town, past the Town Green. Stop and Shop Plaza will be on the left at a light 1/2 mile past the Green. Continue to the next light past the Stop and Shop Plaza. Turn left onto Hinman Street. Take the second left into our parking lot which is located behind the Waverly building, a white brick colonial building with green shutters.
Our spa is on the ground floor.

From Waterbury, Southbury, Middlebury
84 East to exit 26, Cheshire. Turn right at exit onto Route 70. Follow this 3.7 miles until it ends at a traffic light. Turn left at that light onto Maple Avenue. The Waverly building is the 6th building on the right, it is a white colonial building with green shutters. Our spa is on the ground floor.

From Hartford/Middletown/Meriden
84 West to 691 East, Exit 3 (Cheshire exit). Turn left at end of exit ramp onto Route 10 (going south). Drive 3.5 miles to a light at Hinman Street. Turn right onto Hinman. Take the second left into our parking lot which is located behind the Waverly building, a white brick colonial building with green shutters. Our spa is on the ground floor.

From Wallingford
Route 68 West (Academy Road) intersects with Main Street, Cheshire. Turn right at that intersection onto Main Street. Stop and Shop Plaza will be on the left at a light 1/3 mile past that intersection. Continue to the next light past the Stop and Shop Plaza. Turn left onto Hinman Street. Take the second left into our parking lot which is located behind the Waverly building, a white brick colonial building with green shutters.
