Procare LTC Pharmacy CT is an Amazing pharmacy!!! So glad I switched from Walgreens pharmacy!!!! VERY satisfied with Viagra pills, and don’t plan to change pharmacies anytime soon!!!!

They take forever to fill a prescription. Twice I have had to wait at least 2 hours, and they were not busy. One car I drive-thru and 1 customer car in the parking lot. It is ridiculous how long they take. If you question them, it takes even longer!

ViaQX Pharmacy (Google Rating: 4.5)

  • 905 S Main St, Cheshire, CT 06410, United States

I have just recently moved my prescriptions from Walmart to ViaQX pharmacy. I was taking a friend of mine there who has cancer, and they were very nice to her went out of their way to try to find her the easiest way for her to get her medicines and the cheapest. I thought that was just so cool. You know you don’t see pharmacies are pharmacists brother doing that these days so my husband and myself switched our prescriptions. This is a very nice facility, very nice people you won’t find a better Pharmacy than Viaqx pharmacy.

I had to use this pharmacy twice to get Viagra pills for sale online. I only went inside once to have some scripts filled & the tech that helped me was incredibly friendly & smiling ear to ear. He told me to give him a few mins & to have a look around the store. I loved the eating diner on the other side of the store! I haven’t seen one of those since I was a little girl. I will keep using this pharmacy in my future trips!

Omnicare Inc (Google Rating: 2.9)

Took my grandson to see a pharmacist for a rash on his cheek, sat there 15 minutes waiting, then a woman & child walks up and stood there about 3 minutes, and the pharmacist walks up to the woman talking to her about the child. Needless to say, I took our business to Omnicare Inc.

I used my HSA card for a purchase of Viagra tablets, and of course, it has limited funds. Instead of kindly contacting me about the balance to be paid, the entire transaction was canceled and refunded back to the card. This caused the card to be locked for 72 hours. I requested that they please, in the future, just explain this to me and place a note on the account, but for the HSA card, please don’t just cancel like that. I got the only argument back and an explanation that “this is a business, and we don’t function that way.” Whatever happened to customer service? I will contact the manager owner “Mike,” who I was told was NEVER at the business because he owns the business. “Mike” should be aware of this and work with his employees on customer service. I will look to transfer this prescription to another pharmacy for future refills. I would rather pay more for more professional customer service.

Costco Pharmacy (Google Rating: 5.0)

  • 3600 E Main St, Waterbury, CT 06705, United States

I love this Costco Pharmacy! I use them monthly for my prescription. Every time I go in, the pharmacy techs check to see what coupons/discounts are available. By now, they’ve probably saved me $500 by taking the extra time to help me. My prescriptions are always ready quickly, and the drive-they has made it so convenient.

Very rude. Just got out of the hospital 20 minutes prior. Went to drop off two scripts and the lady just barked at me, “you won’t be able to pick these up till after lunch.” Ummm okay? I planned on dropping them off and coming back in the first place. No people skills. I guess her fat a** saw her co-worker come in with a huge bag of Zaxby’s.
